It is tough to be a leader.
It was not just the leader that led the way, it was the people who knows how to follow as well and follow as God has commanded.

Don't just exalt the front line activity, know that behind the front lines that there are men and women, without whom this front line activity could never be effective. Never under-estimate the role you are playing, without you the front line activities would never have succeeded.

We are a team. And God reminds you and me the role leadership play and the role you play. At this time, the time will be defining for you.
